Quality Granite and Marble came to the rescue, and the result is wonderful!
We had a problem: We had just used a different granite shop to install new countertops and a black granite composite sink. The granite turned out great, but the sink started scratching the very first time we used it. Within a few weeks, it was a mess of scratches. The installer refused to tell us the manufacturer of the sink he provided, and he refused to replace it unless we assumed responsibility for the plumbing labor and risk of damage to the kitchen. We knew this wasn't right - the guy sold us a cheap, defective sink and refused to make it right without us incurring additional expense/risk - so we started asking around.
Most of the installers we talked to agreed that the sink should not be scratching so easily, but weren't willing to help because they didn't want to get involved in a dispute with the other installer. Quality Granite and Marble helped us out.
There's a reason why QG&M has such a good reputation - they were professional and easy to work with. Joe came out, pried out the old sink, and replaced it with a Blanco black granite composite sink. We've already used it several times - and no scratches! The whole process took a couple of hours. Joe was courteous and worked fast. QG&M even recommended and helped coordinate a plumber who performed the disconnect and re-connect at a reasonable charge. In total, the biggest expense was the sink itself, but overall the charge was quite reasonable for the labor involved.
After the frustration we'd gone through with the other installer, QG&M was a refreshing experience. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
And a final word of warning - if you do go with another installer, insist on a brand-name granite composite sink such as Blanco or Swanstone. They are definitely not all created equal!

It went great, originally the granite piece we picked out had  crack in it. They called and we went to pick another piece out. They were on time and communicated at all aspects of the job.

I looked all over town to find an exotic remnant piece for our master bath.  The prices were similar just about everywhere but Quality was slightly less and they spent the most time with me and had the largest selection of remnant pieces.  I changed my mind on the day the piece was set to be cut and they were gracious and let me come in and pick another piece of granite, even though I was just doing a bathroom and it wasn't a big job for them.  The installers were very professional and did an excellent job with no mess.  When we do our kitchen, I won't shop around, I'm going straight to them.

I walked in the store unfamiliar with granite and found the sales help to be very friendly bad knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process and gave several options based on individual budget. The selection of wonderful granite slabs was overwhelming! During installation day, the team was prompt and thorough and the owner even stopped by to oversee progress. I've gotten numerous compliments in my countertops and would definitely recommend to others.

Loved Quality Granite & Marble. They were the 4th place I had been to after trying to get a countertop installed for 4 months! After I selected my remnant piece, it was installed within 4 weeks! They were reasonably priced, helpful, friendly and did a professional installation. I marked a B on punctuality because they call the day of installation to let you know what time they are going to be there and they were about 4 hours behind scehdule. I didn't mind since I was going to be home all day, but I do like a schedule. The guys that did install it, stayed late on a Friday to do so and I really appreciated that.

Quality Granite did a wonderful job transforming the kitchen and bathroom. The service was excellent from the moment I walked into the showroom until the job was complete. It is, in fact, ongoing, as I am doing 3 more bathrooms at this time. Lori was great; very  friendly and knowledgeable. She traipsed around with me in the yard looking at slabs several times.  Brian and the installers were experienced and professional.  The granite looks perfect and the seams are invisible! I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in installing granite.

Every person you work with from Quality Granite is customer focused from the first person you meet coming through the door to the installers that come into your home.  They all care about the customer and won't quit until you are happy.
The installers are entertaining as well as professional.
Their seems are as good as it gets.
We ran into an engineering issue when installing our bar that they helped us troubleshoot, make recommendations on who could help us fix the problem and sent their installers out a second time to get the work done with no up-charges!!
When you go to their shop to layout where the granite will lay in your house they have two people that are truly gifted at making the granite pop in the highlighted places in your project.  It truly is an are taking a natural building material and accenting it's beauty by how you cut it to fit a given area.  They are masters at this craft.
For one of our projects they worked with their wholesaler and had 5 sheets of granite shipped in for us to look at.  If we didn't like them, they would just send them back or put them in inventory.  That is solid customer service!
I can't say enough good about Quality Granite and will continue to use them as our house improvements warrant.
The only B I gave in this review was on price and I don't think I'd give an A to anyone because building supplies and materials have just gotten so expensive.

I went to the showroom and selected the granite. They had a very nice selection of granite and edge styles to choose from. The lady who helped me, I cannot rember her name, was professional and really knew her product. The visit to prepare the template was completed in a timely manner and three men showed up at my house to install the countertops. They were friendly and professional. They did cut the hole for my sink while at my house because I chose a drop in sink.
Overall it was a very satisfactory experience and I would consider using Quality Granite again when I do my bathroom countertops.
The cost was a little more than I wanted to pay but my son had used Quality Granite in the past so I went ahead with their quote.
The countertops are just gorgeous and I am very pleased with the workmanship!

They were helpful in picking out the granite. They did instal it when they said they would and at the price they quoted me. They cut the granite in my front yard and left the granite dust and it did get tracked into the house but it was easy to clean up.

We looked at several granite companies and chose Quality Granite due to the sales staff, showroom, warranty, and recommendations from neighbors.  They're quote was in the middle of the four we received, but was worth the extra 750.00.  They were professional from the very beginning of the process.  They delivered the granite when they promised and the installers were quick and professional.  We love the way our new counter tops look.  We have a couple of seams due the the size of the counter top and they are very difficult to find.  Everyone we spoke to from Quality Granite was knowledgeable and confident.
My boss had their granite and marble installed by Quality in their new home 12 years ago and their granite cracked due to settling of their home.  They heard we were having our granite installed by Quality and called them to fix their crack and a hole in their marble while they were in Western Kansas. Quality quickly fixed their crack and hole and if you did not know where the fix was you would never be able to find it.
I hope all of my remodeling projects go as smoothly as our experience with Quality Granite.  We live in Garden City which is about 3.5 hours from Wichita and this was never an issue for Quality Granite.

What a great job Lauri did helping me pick out the right colors for my three rooms, Brian with templates and then the demo crew and installation was so well done. Unexpected problems with bar top removal that were handled so well. They got everything out and new installed in one day just like they promised. I had heard horror stories about how messy this process would be. I cleaned off the other surfaces with a dust cloth. These guys cleaned, swept and vacuumed as they went and never scratched anything or left any mess at all. Simply amazing. I may have paid a bit more than other places but I feel I got the best deal because of the service.  I have bullnose corners on walls, strange angles on bar top and funny inset china cupboard and these counter tops are cut so exactly that there is less than a 1/8" of caulking. They truly are a quality company!
I am delighted.

The guy at a kitchen store forwarded me on to them because we were a small job.  I think i got a little bit of a discount through him doing that, I'm not absolutely sure of that.  They took out the existing counter tops and we are absolutely pleased to no end.  They did it in one day and had everyone in line including the plumber to unhook and rehook everything.  It was done in a very short time and very well.  I'm very pleased with what they did.  They were very good to work with, they have a lower priced end of granite.  It has nothing to do with the quality of the granite, it has to do with the supply and demand.  They can get the stuff and they have about 10 you can choose from that are less expensive and you can go as high end or inexpensively as you want.  They were very professional in the store front.  They were absolutely on time, sent me a letter far in advance, telling me when they would do the templates and install.  It was done just the way they said it would be.  They warned me of things that could happen, but nothing did happen.  The day of the installation they were very professional.  They had 3 different crews coming in and everything was done like clock work and it worked out very well.  They cleaned up the dust and mess.

I went through the various companies that were here and basically they had the slab that I wanted.  Knowing what I know now, I might use them again but I'd have to really watch them.

If I had known granite counter tops were this affordable, I would have done it a year ago. Sally at Quality Granite was great. I was upgrading to sell my house and she had a program that was very affordable and used top quality granite. My quote was easy to get at the showroom. The people who came to the house were fairly punctual and everyone was professional. Really impressed with the installation team. I did have one issue - it was clear in the description of the process that I needed my own plumber to unhook and rehook the sink and disposal but no one mentioned I would need a tile person to re-grout after the installation. We talked about the size of the gap and the shim process and the need to re-grout, but I assumed they would re-grout since I was not told to hire my own tile person. The installers gave me a name and I got it done the next day - just in time for the open house. Turned out ok. Otherwise, very pleased with service.

Overall my wife was happy with repairs since she was entertaining the same evening of the date repair was completed. In most cases the quality of the repair may be acceptable but since I'm considered a perfectionist i was disappointed with the Quality since I cans still feel a small nick. I would have been very disappointed if I would have been charged a service call and repair fee.

The product was gorgeous. They where changing locations at the time, so I had to wait 20 min for them to bring over. I can understand that. The problem I have is that they were very nice, friendly, & helpful when we picked out what we wanted. As soon as they got a check, they didn't give 2 shakes about us. So if you use this company either expect to be treated like dirt, or don't pay them until everything is all done.
