They showed up as scheduled and on time. Steve and Scott were very professional and friendly. They looked at the whole project when they arrived, counted up air supply s and returns to give price before they started. They answered all my stupid questions and kept us informed. They laid down canvas tarps to protect our glossy wood floors, did not see any mess anywhere when they were done. Checked the vent pipes and it appeared they did a very thorough job. Will hire again.

They did the job alright but they didn't clean up well. I had my carpet cleaned the other day and told these guys to be careful with the carpet. They didn't and left some mess behind. These are more like a window cleaning company more than an vent cleaner. I don?t feel my money is worth.

They were very helpful and did a great job. We had the ducts cleaned and a few old carpets cleaned...but it turned out that the carpets were to bad to be saved. they tried their best.

The crew of two arrived on time. They were very courteous, explained the process of cleaning our vents, and got right to work. Very efficient and thorough. Cleaned up after themselves, and the excessive dust problem we were experiencing is resolved. Well worth the expense.
