+ -1 moreDo not use Public Storage if you are looking for a storage facility that is secure. Our popup camper was stolen from this facility. They have no video surveillance, and had locked the exit gate in the open position for a couple of days in June because it was malfunctioning, they did not advise us of the problem. Jim Walley (sp?) their District Manager said they had no responsibility for the protection of anything stored with them, and said "No", when I asked if storing anything with them was any more secure than in the middle of Main Street. He also said it would be too many people to contact about the lack of security when the gate was open.
Description of Work: We had a popup camper stored there for two years, the price increased 10% per year. We also had a personal access code to get into an out of the facility.
