They charge us a weekly rate for lawn care and a reasonable hourly rate for all the extra work needed. They were recommended by my realtor. They are very conscientious with such a large amount of work to be done about what we want to spend, what we can do now, and what can be done a month or two down the line. Once or twice we had to call them back to correct something they had forgotten or done - but given the amount of work they did for us that's to be expected. They are very responsive but they can't always fit us in immediately - they can be very busy. But they are very good at prioritizing the work. I feel like I can call Adam anytime I need his staff and they know exactly what I'm talking about. They did an excellent job correcting a myriad of drainage issues that could have caused real damage to our house. And, of course, the lawn looks great.
