 + 0 moreafter making 3 attempts on one day to send an email containing the return label. I sent it again the next morning. I confirmed that the email was received before driving the 5.5 miles to the store. The man who waited on me was very unprofessional. He said he needed to charge me almost $3.00 for printing the label. Said my phone/email was the issue the day before. I had very patient and understanding up to that point. He came across so rude. I have ordered signs, business cards and have had copies made there in the past. That changed today!! To many other places to do business with. Do NOT need to Delete with the attitude of an arrogant business owner
