When I first called, he was busy but called me right back. Scheduled a time for him to come out & give me a quote. He was late & I had to call him to ask if he was still showing up. Day he was supposed to come out it rained, so I knew he wouldn't be out. He stopped by & told my spouse he'd be by the next day. The next day he didn't show up during the time frame he said so I called him & he said his employees didn't show up but he'd be out the next day. He did show up the next day. His employees were in such a rush or just didn't care & broke a flower pot & tore up my fire pit but didn't say anything about it prior to leaving. It was noticed by my spouse after they'd left. When spouse inquired about them returning on a regular basis, they said they don't do lawn service, they are primarily a tree service company. I am now having to replace the broken flower pot AND find someone to mow my lawn on a regular basis. Not happy with the overall job performed. I will NOT call them again for ANY work. Not punctual. Didn't clean walkways of grass clippings. Broke something & left without telling anyone.

Very polite people.  Simple clean up in the front and tear outs, planting a few new plants, trimming and mulch.  Did the basics.  Asked for them to either till the dirt or put something down so the old stuff wouldnt return.  They did not. They did the basic of tearing it out only.  Now the old stuff is starting to come back. I didnt want that/to have to constantly pick the old stuff out.  They took the easiest route.

Everyone arrived on time, everyone was polite. The trees were removed in one day and removed in pieces to protect the house. The yard was cleaned and debris was removed. I was very satisfied.

Very pleasant, very knowledgeable about soil, grass, trees. Punctual, manages his team on site, hands on. Great.

It was a nice job and their price was fair. He was really good and I would use them again in the future.

We were very, very pleased with him. We had a death in the family and we had things that had not been attended to. It was a fair amount of work. I have used him before for trees. The price has always been excellent. Even though I paid a $1,000 this time, I thought I got a heck of a deal. He is very, very responsive, professional, punctual and very reliable. He got it done very, very quickly and he really went above and beyond for me. He did. I was thrilled.

I have had them do this type of work several times over the past ten years and I have always been very satisfied.

They were great! Mr. Porter and four others arrived bang on time and worked like crazy for nearly four hours, taking only one short break. It really was like having a magic tornado sweep through and make a big difference in the curb appeal of our house. When using Mr. Porter, be very clear and specific about your wishes and expectations: he takes copious notes during the estimate visit, and works exactly to the letter. If it isn't in your estimate, he'll still do the work, but it will cost extra, so be very clear. We were quite pleased with our result, and have no hesitiation recommending him and his team.
