I have business service so I pay about 160 dollars a month. I live out in a rural areal so I have very little choices. Performance wise and price wise they are okay. For a rural service they are pretty good.

Description of Work: Installed Internet service to our home. We could only get satellite before and was limited on data usage for more money. Internet works great for watching movies. Only issue is the wireless router, but that can be changed out. Overall, not bad internet.

Description of Work: The Internet they could provide to my house was no faster than 300kb/s in my area. I will be sticking with cox where I get 50mb/s. For a rew more dollars.

It went well, he was courteous and professional. The worst thing about them, is their office (Wichita, KS) is so far away, service turn around time lags a bit.

Since we are located in a less populated area just on the south side of the KC Metro our broadband internet options are limited. The direct line of sight tower with Pixius Communications that we got connected to in August 2013 is working great. This is a wonderful broadband internet improvement for us. We are very pleased customers.

They had to come out to fix a damaged wire caused by ice accumulation over the winter. They fixed it while I was out of town and did not charge me to fix it.
Description of Work: Provides excellent wireless high-speed internet service. Very good customer service and polite staff. It even works in the heavy rain we've had when satellite tv would shut down, we could still use the internet. Very robust technology.
