The first task or replacing a toilette for a remodeled bathroom went excellent, I got more for my money than I spent. They were very professional and courteous. Later when I got them over to assist in stopping a leak for the vanity sink I put in, they came out with no problem and worked for about 10 minutes and installed parts I couldn't get. The sink still leaked. Since then, they've been scheduled twice to come out and work on this "Guaranteed" repair and they've not kept the appointments. I've left many, many, many messages, and if I do get a real person, they hang up. I don't know what the problem is, but I do have numerous plumbing tasks in the future, and at first, I wanted to use them for all the tasks in the old houses and the new one I'm building, but now, I doubt if outside the small claims courtroom I'll ever see them again.

The work was excellent. The staff polite and helpful. This is the 3rd job our family has had PD Plumbing do for us and we have always been pleased with both the large job and the smaller jobs. We will use them again.

Went well until I got the bill. They charged me for 3 workers, $70/hr each for 3 hrs. Which I could maybe understand, then they charged me $300 for a piece of equipment that they already owned, which could be rented for 1/2 a day for about half that. I feel really gouged. Will never use them again.

Fine except for all the mistakes! the first guys made. But at least Joe came and fixed and did pressure check before he started and after he was done. That is why I recommend asking for Joe not Brit. They could of raked out dirt better instead of me having to fill in so there was not a big dip to drive over.

"We are sorry you are not happy. We did try to rake the ground well,but remember we also had record rainfall just days before we dug the trench and there was standing water in the area east of your propane tank. We did say that when the ground had a chance to dry out we would come back and dress it up, you never called back to have that done. Call us and we will still come do that. We were called out and came the same day and we hurried out to install the new propane line. We were not asked to airtest. We received a call for an estimate to install a new underground propane line. The regulators werent needed ,we only added those for safety and your propane supplier told us they would adjust them so we did not. We did credit you back 180.00 for those regulators and even sent Joe out after hours to remove them and reconnect your line. We are not arguing that there was not complications, but we believe we were fair and honest with you. Again we are sorry you are not happy"

Pipe Dreams came out on 6/24, 6/26 and 7/1/2014, following an independent inspection I paid for in preparation for selling my home. They did extensive work per the the inspector's recommendations. I was impressed by how responsive they were both before and after service. They not only were very punctual, but were very kind to me when I was not only late, but then needed to return to my new home to retrieve the keys I had left behind. They waited for me to make the 20 mile round trip and were not in the least huffy with me. They were very clean and did not leave any mess to tidy up. They were extremely responsive, even calling me back after hours! They will be the only plumber I will use in the future.

Origianally a co-worker recommended Pipe Dreams for a plumbing job at my mothers home. I was pleased with the work that was performed and intended to have them do some work at my home. In the mean time my sister and her husband were needing some plumbing work done at their home, so I recommended Pipe Dreams to them. They were also pleased with the work done.
In March of this year I hired them to replace two sump pump basins in the crawl space of our home. Including the work mentioned above; they return phone calls, arrive at the appointed time and do a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. They perform the work in a timely manner and are polite and courteous. Because I didn't find Pipe Dreams on Angies List I wasn't aware of the 10 percent senior discount. We would like to think it wasn't offered because Brett didn't think we qualified......at least that's what we prefer to think. Ha Ha
