I called to schedule the annual inspection. We set an appointment for a 4-6pm time range. I asked that I be called on my cell phone. They showed up several hours early and called to let me know they were coming on the home phone. I called to reschedule asked again for 4-6 and would they please use my cell phone. I work and my sister was going to make sure to be in the house and answer the door to let him in. Well they called the house phone so no one picked up. My sister went outside at 3:40 to get the mail and the orkin man was there - he asked if she was ready for the appointment she asked what time it was and he became rather irate when she said it wasn't 4 yet...although she of course let him in and we finally got the inspection completed. I will have to continue to see them every year for the next several years to get this service after having them treat our home for termites. For about a year we had monthly service from Orkin - but I cancelled that because they never used my cell phone and never came at the requested time so we were only receiving outside service. I would not recommend!!!

I have a contract with them and pay every time they come out. I am pleased with their service. There is one guy that is assigned to me. He has gotten to know my pets and my son. It's not a stranger coming out. He says hello to us by name. He lets my dog follow him around. That's really invaluable because I can't get rid of my dog or son whenever he comes out.

They were very manipulative between me and my landlord. They told us that our landlord said it was okay to spray. When the landlord actually called us to follow up, she asked if we signed for it and we told them yes because Orkin told us that you said it was okay to spray. We didn't have any bugs, so we didn't know why they did. The landlord never gave the okay. Orkin then tried to bill us for something that we never requested. We fought it and it was taken care of, just very manipulative.

He sprayed behind the wall. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They were reasonably priced. They were very professional. They were respectable to the landscaping when outside. They came out when they said they would. The guy was very cordial.
