The man from Olsen was very prompted. I was impressed since it was a holiday weekend. He tried to unclog the sewer but the
sewer had crashed. He did'nt charge for his services since he did'nt unclog the sewer.

This was the second time we used these folks, so obviously we were also pleased the first time. They respond very quickly. They know exactly what they are doing and send plenty of crew to accomplish what needs done. The first time we used them they had a big job to do,$ 9 00 or so, and we thought that was a modest price.

Several plumbers had told us in the past we had roots in our lines that were causing water to drain into our laundry room. I called Olson and they had someone to our house in under 2 hours. He was great. He listened to me describe the problems then snaked out over 80 feet. He could not find any roots so he explored other reasons for the water coming out of the drain. He quickly figured out the problem and capped off the drain to stop the water. And he charged me very little (in my opinion) for almost 2 hours of work. I would highly recommend!

I thought this company did a good job and was very punctual. I called them and they were available to come out within the hour. My only issue was that they only accepted cash or check and stated that he could not begin working until I was present with the payment. This was a rental property so I had to be at the house before he started and wait around while he worked which just felt awkward. I would prefer a company to bill me since it is a rental property and that is why I selected that I would not use this provider in the future. If it is for your personal property, then this wouldn't be an issue. I still give them an A because the job was done well.

Left a number with their answering service this morning and they called back about 2 hours later and came right over.
They were fast, polite and knew what they were doing.
I will tell everyone about Olson's Sewer!!!!!

It was a rainy day, and they still came out and fixed our sewer line problem. It had backed up and was a really big mess. The price was really reasonable, and we were happy with it. They came out and were able to deal with the problem the same day that we called them. They explained that we wouldn't have to worry about any more problems for about three years.
