Arrived timely and had everything he needed. I just bought the place, so he showed me where the water shutoff was. Everything works great!

Always on time and calls if going to be delayed. Does a good job in taking care of our furnace and air conditioning system every season.

I called him to come look at our heater because there was water piling on top of the unit and he looked at the water and suggested it was coming from the roof vent, that it needed to be caulked. So we went up on the roof and saw that the roofers didn't caulk the flashing when they put a new roof on recently.
He charged me the full price for that and he didn't take anything apart and look at it. After he left, I had the roofing company over and we looked at it some more and determined that the water was actually from moisture build up inside the pipe because the vent cap was screwed on too low, and NOT from a lack of caulk on the flashing. We went up on the roof and found the cap needed to me raised about 4 inches.
A good plumber should have seen that the water coming down the vent pipe was internal. I found this out by simply unscrewing one of the pipes and seeing at the screws were rusted from the inside. But alas, this was $75 later. Live and learn.
Response from old town plumbing heating and a/c
"When I arrived to house, opened up evaporator coil and checked pan and drain line, no problems were found at that time, Noticed water marks on the outside of the flue on vertical run, since the flue pipeing is double walled it slips inside each other to prevent leaking, asked customer if house had been reroofed, which brought me to the conclusion that the flue pipe flashing had not been resealed, which would cause the water marks to show up on outside of flue piping. Explained how problem happened after a new roof was installed. The rust on screws is due to normal contact with flue gasses."

I thought he did a good job. He wasn't very talkative though!
Good pricing and good responsiveness. He came the very next day.
