We experienced excellent customer service from Old Time Clock Shop. They explained in detail what was required to repair the clock and when there was a question regarding the glass door they called and discussed the matter with us. When the repair work was completed, they delivered the clock to our home and set it up. You would not know that the clock had suffered any damage. They took the utmost care and did an excellent job. When we accidentally bumped one of the parts causing the pendulum to stop working, Scott came out and made the repair and did not charge us anything for the service call.
