Noel Masonry and Concrete LLC

BAD!! In 2022, Noel was contracted to remove/replace sidewalks around garage and remove/replace porch. He estimated 5-7 days to complete. Start date was delayed. Had difficulty contacting by phone, text or email. Sidewalk and Porch were removed. Things stopped. Days later some more work done. Delays with NO communication from Noel. Finally, on a Sunday, concrete was poured without proper preparation; poured on sand, no gravel, concrete used to fill deep hole. We notified Noel he was fired! He offered to settle for a lower final payment and give us a 5 year warranty on the work IF WE WOULD NOT GIVE HIM NEGATIVE REVIEWS. In August 29, 2022 we called him to remind him of his 5 year warranty and to check the cracked concrete. He came by (when we were not home ) and on August 31, 2022, agreed to replace 2 sections. He noted he was 4-6 weeks out to schedule. It is now 2003 and we have not heard from him. I wish there was a ZERO rating for this company.
