Nevins Concrete Llc

Mr. Nevins was to remove cracked cement around the pool and pad for the pool shed. He was given $1000.00 to get started and before he removed more than an 8X8 space he wanted more money to pay for his rentals and his help. He was given another $1000.00 . The concrete (part of it) was busted up but not all removed. When told we wanted the pieces removed as well as another thick slab, he said he would need more money and that he was going to pour over the pieces. He thought this was more work, thus more money. When we told him there would be no more money and this was part of the job, he walked out. He threatened to place a lien on our property. There was no contract and he paid his help cash daily and had the checks made out to him and not the company. I feel sure he is not paying withholding tax or reporting income, He left with his $2000.00 and didn't finish the job. They jackhammered a hole in the bottom drain pipe to the pool and damaged the fence without saying a word about repair of it.
