- They came out promptly. When I asked the person on the phone how much it would cost she said he'll give you a quote and if you don't like it you can send him away. ( Should have been a red flag). I was shocked at how much but he was already there and I needed the toilet so said go ahead. I had to show him how to put the toilet seat on. Just not satisfied with the service and would have complained but the next my husband passed away and that issue bacame unimportant.
