I called Mr. Electric after we had a brown-out at our home. Kyle came to look at our home, give an evaluation of what was needed, and quotes of pricing choices. He was professional and explained everything in easy to understand terms! Kyle and Caden were excellent and meticulous in doing all the repairs which were numerous! I couldn't have asked for more hardworking or trustworthy electricians!!! If Kyle and Caden have a fault, it is their tendancy toward perfection! I highly recommend Mr.

Mr. Electric has been top notch! I am an out-of-state real estate investor and need great communication and very competent and trustworthy service. Mr. Electric has been excellent at all of these. They are the only electricians who I have used in Wichita, so I can't compare on pricing. My sense is that they are not what you'd consider the cheapest, but I want to make sure things are done safely and properly, and I feel confident that is getting done. I have enthusiastically recommended them to my property manager for her use at properties owned by others. Ben at Mr. Electric is the best!

Working with the Mr. Electric team was a pleasure from start to finish. We had a laundry list of fixes and upgrades we wanted to perform, from the mundane (adding light switches and outlets) to the exotic (setting up niche smart home device relays). Mr. Electric gave us an itemized price list so we could pick what we wanted at this time and have a reference for the rest later. When we had decided what we wanted done, they were very accommodating on the total price for the services requested, and I feel like I got a great deal on a very professional outcome. Along the way, their communication was stellar. They sent a text message before each appointment to let us know they were on the way (never late, I might add), and the text even had a picture of the technician coming out so we knew who to look for. Working with Ben was seamless, and he acknowledged our requests and made suggestions where relevant. In the end, I got great communication and great work for a very reasonable price. If I have any electrical needs in the future, Mr. Electric will be the first call I make.

The installer was really professional and I really enjoyed his work ethic. He exhibited not only the ability needed to complete the work in a minimum time but also a knowledge of what he was accomplishing that was impressive. I really enjoy my experience and the cost was a cost commensurent with the worked performed. I will be using Mr. Electric again if I ever need any electrical work accomplished in the future.

It was fine. It was good. My first impression with the workers was positive. They got the work done in a timely manner, picked up after themselves, and were respectful of the home as far as protecting their feet from anything on the carpet.
