Very impressed with the service and how affordable it was! Was also very grateful that they made an exception and came to my house to fix it as I couldn't disconnect all of the studio equipment to bring it in. They are also super nice and don't make you feel like an idiot as some computer tech guys do if you are not a computer geek. :) Will definitely use them again for any computer issues!!

Took my laptop in Friday afternoon and got it back Tuesday morning. Everything went great.

We had a Toshiba 13" laptop and a 17" HP laptop both about 5 years old repaired.  The Toshiba needed a new motherboard and there were none new available but did find a used motherboard for the computer.  There has been a problem with the computer since but they said bring it back in and they will get it right.

   The HP laptop had a bad screen and they were able to get a new screen for us with no problem.

They were busy and it took a few days for them to get to my computers but they were told there was no rush on them so I didn't press time.  It took about a week and a half to get the repairs due to parts shipping.  They took good care of us and the prices were about as expected and close to what others quoted... But there was a difference!!

They have a policy of charging only $20 to look at a computer to let you know what is wrong and what it will take to fix it.  Best price in town for that service!  Had we chosen to not repair the computers we would have only spent $40 for both computers for the checkout!!   Most want $50 to $75 just to diagnose problems.  THAT IS A GREAT SERVICE!!

This business got my computer up and running really great, no more popups, got rid of the viruses and gave me some tips..!! I didnt have a problem taking it in as it was a flat rate and I was lucky they didnt need to replace any parts or that would have been extra but it was still cheaper than the last bunch I used!! They were much more personable and I wont hesitate taking it there again nor referring any of my friends!!

Had a little problem with communication, their VM box was full.
Was treated with respect, all questions answered honestly, new computer works great at a fair price!

My computer wouldn't boot so I took it in to be checked. Received a call the next day informing me that my hard drive was bad and could not be repaired. They installed a new HD, loaded my OS, and some free  Malware and anti-virus software plus Firefox software.
I was happy with the service provided and the quick turnaround. I plan to take my daughter's laptop in to be upgraded from XP to Windows 7.

My computer would not turn on. I figured it was something fairly simple and didn't want to overpay so I took it to Monkey Bytes. They quickly diagnosed it and fixed it with some new parts. He also cleaned up the computer to make it run much faster, which was very nice. I would recommend this business for computer problems. I will use them again if needed.

This went beautifully. They called back immediately. Kept me up to date during the entire repair. This wasnt the first time I have used them, and it will not be the last.

Matthew, the owner of Monkey Bites is great to work with.   He installed the system on Monday and our office was ready for business when we opened on Wednesday.  
We will be working with Matthew in the future. 

They were very very nice guys and I really wanted them to do well but they took a bit longer with my computer than they said they would and did not solve the problem. Instead they misdiagnosed my problem as a faulty power cord and never fully examined my operating system. I might use them again the future just because they were so nice and their prices seems reasonable, but only if I can't find someone better.

When we called they were very courteous and came to the house at the time promised. He was here about one hour and our virus  problem was solved. Their price was reasonable and the result satisactory, we will call them again when necessary.

It took them a couple of days of troubleshooting and then decided to reinstall the operating system.  They backed up my user data first, reinstalled Windows and then restored my data.  I have a few applications that I will need to reinstall, but they did a great job with this.  Now my computer is humming along.  In spite of the time they spent on this problem, they still only charged me their standard $60 fee. Thanks Monkey Bytes!

I thought this computer was toast. You couldn't get into the internet to save your life! Monkey Bytes fixed it good as new! They said if they couldn't fix it, there was no charge. How could I go wrong?? They fixed it for $60 and it works like a dream. They had it done in one day and I couldn't be happier! Great service. I will definitely refer them to all of my friends.
