Jason was very responsive and great with communication as we determined which windows to go with. He brought samples that were helpful in creating confidence in what we were buying.

Jason, the General Manager, was on time for the estimate and represented his company well.

The company rep responded to my estimate request punctually and showed-up on time for the estimate. The rep was easy to work with when discussing the items I was considering. I actually added the window work after receiving the first estimate and it was a smooth process to get the updated estimate. The company rep took the time to color match the paint so that painting could be done prior to installation. I was a bit nervous about how well that could be matched, but everything turned out great! The company rep and installation crew scheduled around my availability and mostly did the job over a weekend so I did not have to take off work to be available. That availability/flexibility was greatly appreciated.
I contacted the company rep via email, phone, and text message and had good responses with all methods. I initiated most of the communications (asking if materials were in, asking about available start times, etc.), so follow-up after last communication is about the only thing I felt could've been improved, and that wasn't too big of a deal. I'm a bit of a control-freak in that regard, so perhaps my expectations are a bit high there. That said, the company rep was excellent to work with overall and I'd definitely be happy to work with him/the company again in the future.
The installation crew arrived as scheduled (even with a call from the rep to say that they were on the way). They were courteous, easy to talk to, efficient, and had the process down pretty well. They asked questions when needed and told me of any issues they were having. The company rep dropped by several times to check on the status and to help with any issues the crew were having. The crew repaired some unexpectedly damaged frame-work of one of my bird boxes instead of just putting up new siding over the bad area. I appreciated that. Everything looked great when they were done. The crew cleaned-up well after everything was finished (took about 2.5 days). The company rep came by a few times to do touch-up painting/caulking work.
After I had a chance to do a close inspection, I found one issue that the company rep quickly arranged to have satisfactorily fixed. The company also found that my window screen was damaged before installation and took it upon themselves to order a replacement screen. When the replacement screen came in, it also had been damaged slightly. I was fine with the minor damage it had, but the rep insisted on providing a good undamaged screen, which was quickly provided. The final bill was the same as the estimate (even though I would have been willing to pay more for the unexpected bird box frame-work repair). 
Again, I was greatly pleased with the result and price and would definitely do future work with Midland Exteriors-Wichita.

The two installers were on time and did a good job installing & cleaning up.

It was a wonderful experience. They kept the price they promised and did more than originally agreed to do.

On time every day and worked till dark. Work was excellent professional, very detail oriented. Fast workers but very conscientious. They made me feel like I made the right decision using them. Fantastic.

We were contacted after I attended a home show and thought they had quality products. Very nice installers and meticulous with their work.  We love the finished house and can already tell our home is less drafty and quieter. We would absolutely recommend Midland.

It was a great experience.  The crew was quick, efficient and left my home neat and tidy.  Everything was cleaned up.
