drywall
 + -1 moreMark's crew drywalled our basement walls and ceiling. Two bedrooms, full bath, rec room, hallway, closets, under-stairs kid's play area with small opening, and part of our mech room for a total of about 1000 square feet. The drywall was completed in two days. The taping and mudding started on day 4 (Fri). They came back Monday and continued Wednesday. They put on 3 to 4 coats, sanding in between where needed. Thursday they painted the ceiling, sanded, and mudded. Friday they sprayed the ceiling and did more sanding to finish up. They swept and cleaned up. Mark was great at communicating, answering his phone, and answering questions. Any issues, what few there were, were quickly and professionally taken care of. The price for the job was average. I could have gotten it done for a little less, but I wanted to ensure the quality of the finished product.
Description of Work: Thousand square feet basement: walls and ceiling- drywall; tape/ mud/ sand; paint and spray ceiling knockdown.
