Lewis Street Glass Co

I contacted Lewis Street over a month ago and a contractor came out a week later. He was nice and gave me a verbal estimate. This company required a partial payment and I paid over the phone with credit card once I had decided to use them. A couple weeks go by and I had not revieved a phone calls so I called myself. Someone came out that week after I called and took my screens but told me his boss had "lost my paperwork" and ordered a very large window that wouldn't even fit anywhere on my house. At this time I decided to give them one more chance and I showed the employee the exact window we wanted to replace the basement windows with (mind you they are still broke from hail). He wasn't very knowledgable about any other type of basement window besides a "very cheap" one they "always install" (we only changed our minde from that once we found out they had lost our paperwork.") He said he would get back with me that day on how to order it and was excited about it. Another week went by and I called today. The phone clerk didn't know what was going on but called me back 15 min later. She stated that they were going to just have another compalny call me and that they are unable to do full installs. That would have been nice to know a long time ago! Needless to say, I hope I get my screens installed and I will not be using them in the future.
