The dealer selected Advantage pool as their prefered installer. We trusted their opinion. But now a year later as things go wrong, all we get is - we can't do anything - its on them - you need to deal with them. The salt water system cracked and it has been horrible trying to get fixed through Advantage, who is the only warrenty company according to Leslies. In fact they stopped returning our calls and all Leslie would do is send a text message. Leslies is blaming Advantage, advantage is blaming leslies and in the mean time our pool can't run and is almost overflowing with water from the rain and getting stagnant. Unacceptable.
