They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They found the problem so quickly. They had to come out a second time and they did not charge me for a second trip call. I have been using them for years.

Terrible experience with this company! Would not recommend them to anyone! Work was incomplete, resulting in a $600+ water bill. Finally had to call another company to deal with the problems.

"[Member Name Removed] We are sorry that you are upset. We cannot warranty 23 sprinkler heads that are dug up and eaten by your dogs. We in September we gave you a bid to replace 23 heads that had been eaten for taller models and buried them deeper underground for $350.00 in September. You approved this price and we did the work. You called a month later saying we had not repaired anything. However, your dogs had eaten a bunch more heads by then. We told you then that we could not do any more work until the first bill was paid and reminded you to keep the dogs away from the heads in the backyard. We are not surprised that you had a high water bill if you were running the system and the dogs are eating the heads. We turned your invoice over to collections in February because you would not return our calls to resolve this issue."

"WOW, we were not aware that you were unsatisfied. Yes, the crew did put a valve box in a location that you were not happy with. The Sales Manager immediately had the installation crew move the box when you made him aware that you wanted the box moved. All heads were placed properly as they had been laid out and the crew adhered to the design. At the time we completed the job you told us you were happy and paid the invoice which was exactly the price you agreed upon in our initial bid. We winterized the system for you in October and we have not heard anything about you being dissatisfied, except for this review. I am sorry we did not live up to your expectations and would be very happy to do anything that we can to make sure the sprinkler system we installed for you is operating correctly. Again I am sorry for any missteps on our part. We have a good reputation and do everything within our power to insure that the systems we install are the highest quality."

The initial appointment for a system start-up. The technician was late (over an hour) for our afternoon appointment so I called the office who told me he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter and proceeded to work on getting the system setup. He was friendly, professional, and seemed competent. While performing the system set-up he noticed one of the manifold boxes was leaking. During the process of digging up the manifold box to discover the source of the leak he bent a tine on my aluminum fence (more to come on that later). He discovered that the root cause was too big to fix in the remaining time. We made another appointment for the following week.
The second technician showed up closer to the appointed time and also proceeded to get promptly to work. Again, courteous, professional and competent. During the process of excavating the 5 zone manifold the second technician damaged the same fence tine and broke it clear off. (Note: They did give me a discount for the damage.) After about 4 hours of work the 5 zone manifold was replaced and tested. The technician did a good job of cleaning up all the detritus from the job. Replacing the displaced sod could have been better but he did attempt.
The price was very reasonable for the work performed. Aside from the late arrival on the first day and broken fence tine, I was pleased with the service.

There were a few problems in 2010 after they had set everything up for the spring. We continued to have problems and each time I would call, the woman at the desk was very rude and would set up an appointment for weeks ahead. When I told her our grass was starting to die without water, she was even more rude. After going through this a number of times, she just hung up on me. The stress was so great that I finally changed company's. Today we use Michael's Complete Lawn Care. They do a good job and are very nice on the phone.
I hope this will help someone else in selecting a company for their lawn sprinkler system. Since this happened between 2008 and 2010, things may be different now with this company. I certainly hope so.

They were very responsive from the very first time I contacted them. They put me on their schedule and contacted me as soon as they could get to the work which was about 2 - 3 weeks. They were very punctual and were at my house when they said they would be. They gave me an estimate and there was no hard sell involved. They told me to contact them if I wanted them to do the work. I was also worried about one of my sprinkler heads, but he told me how to fix it without having to pay for a replacement.
Andy came to do the work when it was scheduled. He was very polite and hard working. He did a great job and did everything on the estimate at the cost he quoted. I ended up having a small leak in a pipe under the house the next day, along with one of the valves not shutting off , because my system was so old....not because of any of the work he did. He came back as soon as he could and fixed that problem for me at no extra charge. Everything has been perfect since.
It is wonderful to deal with an honest and scrupulous company such as Lawn Sprinkler Services. Being a single woman, I have come across some companies who take advantage of my situation, but not t his company.
I would recommend them to anyone.

They were really good and cleaned up. I had told them that they had to clean up. They are the only ones that our landscaper would use and we know why; they are very good. The yard was kind of torn up but they had to get the new system in so we don't know how they could have done anything different.
