The finished product looked great. Exactly the look we wanted. However the workmanship and materials behind the surface is costing us to redo our shower 5 years later. The shower developed a terrible smell each time used, It turns out that the floor pan of the shower was not sloped toward the drain and held standing water around the outside, especially in one corner, This then leached up the walls in which water resistance materials were not used. So 5 years later were have to completely remove the shower and have it reinstalled properly. Having contacted Kitchen and Bath Gallery, Inc. we were told that it has been too long and nothing they could do about it.
