Brian raised our deck and repaired the stairs 2 years ago due to setting issues. The past 2 days he replaced rotted post, repaired railings and rebuilt the landing at the top of the stairs. Very professional and outstanding quality of work. I highly recommend Brian for any repairs

Johnson Renovation Solutions contacted me asking if they could come out and give me a quote on siding replacement after the other BIG companies didn't even contact me. I am glad they didn't otherwise I would have never found out about Johnson Renovation Solutions. Bryan came out and gave me a quote for my siding replacement pieces that needed to be taken care of due to dry rot and weathering. He also gave me a full quote to take care of the siding as well as paint the entire house. Our home did need a a painting due to the sun beating on one side and weathering. After giving us his quote for siding as well as a quote for siding and paint we went with it all. We are glad we did because his price was more than reasonable given the size of our home and using quality Sherwin Williams paint, not the big box stuff. Everything turned out great. Our house looks fresh and clean. Trim was hand painted as well. He was not satisfied until we were and that stood out to me. This is not a company who comes in and rushes out, he wants you to be happy. In fact, they are a small independent company. In my experiences these types are the best. Quality job done. On August 11th 2018 Johnson’s Renovations LLC stated prepping and priming for our job when they noticed that the caulking from our cinder blocks had eroded away to nothing. Instead of going ahead with the job as is Bryan went ahead and caulked the whole building. This one extra step made all the difference in the way the finished product came out. Overall, my experience with Johnson Renovations LLC was positive and I am very happy with the finished product. I was pretty nervous about the whole project when we started but Bryan and his team did such a great job every step of the way that I felt comforted in knowing that the job was being taken care of by professionals. Bryan didn't just give a price for his bid. After evaluating the requested work, he explained what steps he would take to achieve the repair and achieve the desired result. I contacted several commercial contractors and no one was interested in the job. Bryan never "batted an eye". He just explained what needed to be done to get it done correctly. And he did.

We had our entire upstairs and part of the basement completely repainted. Price was reasonable and job was well done. We even decided part way through we were unhappy with the color we chose and they had to repaint part of what they had just painted and they took that right in stride. Added cost was fair and we would not hesitate to hire again. Highly recommend!

Bryan and Chris worked very efficiently all day to complete the main work in one day. They were very respectful to our home and furniture, and we were impressed with the quality of the work. We will hire Bryan back for sure.

I received a phone call within one business day and Bryan went to look at my property for indoor painting in another two days. He was able to start painting almost right away (within the week). My tenant commented that he was very profession and that there was not even a drop of paint dropped on the carpet. I highly recommend Bryan for the work that he did for me. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work Bryan did. We had a big project - painting a 100-year old house that has original wood siding, repairing soffits under 2nd story overhang, and replacing shingles on back side of house. We have two trim colors on porch and around windows, and he was very meticulous in getting the edges even. The woodwork (shingles and soffits) is beautiful. He took appropriate lead paint precautions which made the project more time consuming and more expensive. But price overall was still very reasonable. Will definitely hire him again.

Bryan was very easy to work with. His estimate was reasonable and he was prompt and the project was completed on time. He did excellent work. He and his associate draped everything and cleaned up each day. We will use his company in the future.
