Jay was pretty good. I have used Jay quite a bit. I have used him on a regular basis in the past. He did some work for my business, and I think a neighbor recommended him.

He is very good, reliable and on time. He is conscientious, reasonably priced and he does a good job. He is very personable. He is not one of these guys that track mud in your house. He comes right out after the call. He is semi-retired.
