I'm a woman-in upscale East& ;Wich. #1) I& ;NEVER want another woman/person or& elderly person to go through this EVER!&. He&. is a scary bully,& threatening me still. He is UN professional, Un educated, and a common thug. His crew are not drug tested. I think they& ,might take too much of some chemical, and/or not enough of another. Mood swings? My oh my. Even the most hormonal women don't& ;hold a candle to these 2 guys.& I've dealt w/big bullies before, & don't scare easily.& Jimmy ;scared me. That's hard for me to admit. & I've been told I'm "too nice". Sigh.& Jim broke into my home, via garage on 9/26/14. He's not on the "approved list" w/Insur. Co's. I chose him due to a recommendation. & His job: sheetrock, painting, carpentry, & remodel my home inside, and garage. He didn't remotely finish the job. I paid him 1/2 of his price out of my OWN pocket. He sure& showed up to get my check!& I don't like to "Owe". ;The point: Jim Russell sabotaged the job several ways. 1st) & sending "Rage-o-holic-Ryan"& Subcontractor&. for interior sheetrock,& kitchen ceiling painting. A popcorn ceiling was put in without my approval. I never wanted that tired look. I'm nice, friendly, complimentary- made snacks. I let them "work" w/out hovering. I trusted. Big mistake. I keep extreme documentation for myself, and the Wich.Police, friends, Insurance Co., neighbors..w/videotape etc. Wich. P.D wanted to arrest him, but I asked them to wait. I don't want trouble. I like to give people chances. II have a huge hear sense of humor thankfully. His Subcontractor Ryan:Vandalized my home w/white paint. Why? I believe w/out a doubt he is mentally unstable. Moody? He showed a Snap change in personality w/in a sentence. ;I don't judge people.I observe behavior naturally, and am accepting usually. I'm no doormat though! I'm easy going, mind my own business. Yet, I know what I know, trust my instincts. ;So, Ryan-Ragoholic shows up 3 hrs late to start on the 1st day. CalledRyan & ; left a msg., but no reply. Called Jim Russell..his "boss" to see where he was? My fiance. intervened too. When he did show up, I asked him about it. ;Ryan snapped & yelled in my face "I don't need this s***"..storming out. Charming behavior! I have more birthdays than this boy, so I talked him down, nhe worked for 30 mins-2 hrs.w/his Dad. 2nd time he came..late 2 hrs . He "snapped". yelled in my face. everyday, & ; got worse each time. (We can get treated like crap for free people!) RUN don't WALK from this contractor Jim Russell. His brother has a fantastic rep. Not to be confused. I'm now out of pocket at least another $12-$17 K in addition. Due to Ryan vandalizing my home I now have to REPLACE real wood kitchen flooring, Laundry room flooring, Stairway carpet, 3 doors-both sides, wood light switches. *Black leather interior on a rental Car-was covered in white paint, w/male boot footprints. I had to pay an additional $570.00 for that. The last day Ryan & his Dad were here..they were to clean up all the white paint everywhere as they promised. Normal procedure when you hire workers...they clean up their mess. He yelled downstairs at me "We Leaving"., ; was trying to walk out before I came upstairs. I came up &. NOTHING was cleaned up. Pools of white paint left in countless places. Even my kitchen. Furniture hadn't been put back in place. Unbelievable. Ryan AGAIN, "Lost it" when I gently asked " Please, You said you would clean up your paint mess Ryan..OK?" He blew his temper so badly...I had my cell in hand and found myself walking backward in my own home, keeping my eye on him as I felt my safety was in jeopardy. I knew quickly to get outside to ;my patio..away from the freak. Scary as all heck. I had to call ;Jim Russell again. He was curt at best. Jim Russell only wanted to keep Ryan happy working here. It was all about pleasing Ryan. He is/ was obsessed by this young guy. All he talked/texted about was Ryan. No concern for ;me the paying client. Hmmm. ;I said "Jim No, I don't feel comfortable w/Ryan in my home"- 4 times. ;Then nothing..no call, text, email. Zip. I have such a mess! White paint in every crevasse of my beautiful wood flooring. I kept finding more and more.. ;It made me sick. Again,placed another ;call to Jim Russell. He wouldn't call ;back, so I started texting him the next day. I've kept every word for records. I spelled out all the ruins I ;now had in my home to replace, and the interior damage to a Rental ;car. White paint everywhere. & ;Russel texted back "No Ryan, No Jim". Like a Neanderthal. There was no way to communicate, and I'm a good communicator! ;Then nothing. In other words; he took care of Rage Boy Ryan, & threw me under the bus. I'm shocked by this experience of course. Another day goes by. I turned on my cell at 12:30 pm Friday 9/26/14. I I see a text&from Jim Russell, it says "9:30". What did that mean? Later I took my trash out...see my garage door WIDE open! Not safe! I found 5 pools of strange liquid in my garage & I didn't know what it was. I felt afraid to start my rental car. I am dealing w/very unbalanced people. I can't make sense out of insane behavior. He's talking gossip trash about me. He manufactured something about me having 2 black people downstairs w/me arguing at the tope of their lungs? This is what Ryan told him. Insane. I was the only person in my home. I did have the TV on. Perhaps Raging Ryan thought he heard voices. It nuts. I had no one here. They would have had to come thru a door. Didn't happen. Well, maybe I had John, Paul, George and Ringo here too! Thing is he has a thing for Ryan, and believes what he pulls out of the sky. Unwell people. The huge loud sound of texturing a ceiling is LOUD. RyanRussell broke in my garage..broad daylight w/out my permission. This is dead wrong. You don't do that to people. You arrange to meet. I had tried to arrange that when we had our text time the day before. My Insurance Co told me exactly what to do..and told me to call Police. He took many things, & threw my rugs against the garage wall. Yes weird as S..t. Insane behavior that upset me greatly. I've have serious trouble sleeping now. He'd lied to me saying he had rebuilt my pantry. Not so, I've reviewed his Tarzan Texts many times. He'd took my Pantry shelves intact, & left the destroyed shelves like a pile of Kindling on my garage floor. I had no idea he was here!. No call via land line, text, email, doorbell ring..nothing. He's a common Thug..and good at it. If this happened to anyone's Mother, Wife, Sister etc..you'd be livid, and scared. I noticed my Doberman acting edgy. Thank the Lord I have her for protection. Jim Russell "Treated me like Dung". I couldn't have been nicer to him. It hurts my feelings to be humbly honest. I simply wanted him to be my contractor for every home project I had. I'm still hoping to find that right person. Instead I had an Horrific experience! Now I'm out of pocket thousands of additional $$, further repairs & the hassle that goes w/that. My flooring needs replaced in 3 major areas that weren't damaged. Jim Russell & Ryan- ruined them are quite a couple. I've had to pay an additional $544.37 in Damage fees to Rental Car. I had to choose a new Contractor to finish what he began. Plus there is significant damage to existing family heirloom kitchen furniture from my deceased Mother. That is priceless. Yes, they put plastic up, but for unknown reason decided to let all the paint droppings fall into my floors, furniture..you name it...its got paint on it. That hurts a lot. I never dreamned I would post on Angies list anything but a positive experience. I'm stating this scaled down. I don't want another person to go thru this. **This is quite scary and taxing on me. I'm a strong woman. I am open to advice from people that have morals and scruples. I appreciate good people. Please don't let this happen to you, or your Mother, Sister, Wife, significant other...or an Elderly grand person. I do this review to try to prevent it happening to anyone else. I don't put up w/ predator bullies. Nor should anyone. Thank the Lord for my inner circle of quality friends who urged me on to post this. xo
