I received 3 estimates to finish my basement; Interior Trends was not the highest or the lowest. I know I could have had the work done for less but I chose Interior Trends because: 1) ITI was the only company to provide a written proposal right from the start. The other two didn't want to provide a written proposal until you had agreed to go with them; 2) I trusted the people who were working in my home every day for several weeks; 3) ITI has an interior designer who offered me options within my allowance and helped me make good choices so I stayed on budget and liked the end result. Although they were on the high side as far as costs goes, the quality of work, the quality of their crew, and the entire enjoyable process made it worth the money. I was worried about having to spend hours shopping for fixtures, for paint colors, etc. I was also worried that the project would drag on and on, or they wouldn't show up when they said they would, or they would only work partial days. I was pleasantly surprised. The crew not only showed up every day when they said they would, occasionally they were still working when I got home at 5:30. What a great crew. Everyone at ITI is great to work with, very considerate and respectful. I was very satisfied with the end result and glad I chose ITI for my project. I will definitely consider them for future projects.

They were very expensive but very professional. They were way over our budget. We found another contractor who did an excellent job $10,000 under their bid and used better material.

Vern Klassen and Rodney Holman are great to work with on any project. Vern has done several things at our home over a span of 15 years and we have always been extremely pleased. All of the guys on Vern's team are very professional and they did outstanding work. We have a and quot;popcornand quot; ceiling in our kitchen that they repaired and you can not tell where the original part begins because they did such a great job of blending everything together. We had had a roof leak that several other companies could not find and Rodney found it!

Absolutely perfect job. They were able to repair the popcorn ceiling without taking the entire blown ceiling down all through the main flooor. We have a very open floor plan and I did not want to have to redo everything. They matched it perfectly and you would never know where the line is between the new and old ceiling! I've used Interior Trends for 15 years and I am always extremely pleased.

He did what he said he would do. He follows up and communicates extremely well. He and his staff are very professional. I trust them completely.
