I decided to try this vendor as it was more convenient than the one I have been using. The laundering was fine. Neatly done. Starch as requested. However, when dropping off the shirt I asked if they would sew on a missing cuff button. I was assured they would. I volunteered that I would pay extra cost. I was assured they would do it. I asked the clerk if they needed to make a note. She assured me they would do it. They didn't do it. I'll not go back.

Upon returning, the garments had the same dirt/spots on them as when I took them in. I have not had a chance to talk to the business since just getting back into town, but I will share my concerns the next time I take the garments in for cleaning.

They are always very good. They ask if you want your clothes starched or not. They do it right every time.
