turned it on and next thing we know its completely overflowing and we had to redo all of our laminate flooring in our entire home that was brand new a year ago. And we had to pay a $1700 home deductible. Bottom line-they did not test it with water, and it STILL wanders!!! They refused to pay anything And said they wouldn’t even refund the amount of the labor that actually caused the incident.

Provider literally walked in place his hands on the washer and said, quote and quot;it's the tub bearing it will run you $700-$800 fix.and quot; Then handed me a bill for $85 and left. He spent more time writing my bill than he did on my washer. Will never use them again.

They did a good job. They were courteous, arrived in a timely manner, the employee was professional and knowledgable.
