It all went very well. We were very happy with the subcontractors that came out to work on it also and only had 1 call back and they came right out and took care of it. They went over and above what we expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

They also "Restored" our house after a fire. Where to begin. We started with one project manager who never seemed to take note of what we wanted. Would tell us he did, but later we found he did not listen. They also provided us with an estimate of $5,800 for changes and the total bill for the "changes" we wanted was $9,800. Everything we seemed to want product wise was always out of stock so we had to get more expensive items - that they of course located. They must have a contractors agreement with Lowes as that is where they liked to get everything. Work was sporadic at best and we moved back in on March 18, 2013 after 6 months, it is now May 15 and there are still things left undone...but they want their final payment. I found paint on the floors and had to ask the carpenter how to remove it without damaging the flooring. They had said they would take care of cleaning, but didn't. We too, have gaps with the trim....more than an 1/8 of an inch in most cases. The flooring also has some bubbles..they say it was due to it being a floating floor - but I know they forgot to cut a vent in and covered it causing the flooring to bubble. They caught the error but it was after the floor had bubbled and been stretched (laminate hardwood flooring). Be very careful and if you use them (and we suggest you don't). If you do, document everything. 2 rooms were not painted and the insurance paid to have them painted - they claimed they credited us for this amount toward the knock down ceilings that we were still charged $900 + for. The carpets in those two rooms were to be cleaned, wasn't done. The garage was to be power washed and cleaned, wasn't done. The screens on our bedroom windows went missing (they said they would replace them...not done as of yet). The insurance paid to have the deck and deck stairs stained...didn't do it. Claimed the treated wood needed to cure (we know this is truth) now they claim they poured concrete at the bottom of the stairs and that is why they didn't stain anything as an offset of cost. From the beginning we had told them we did not want popcorn ceilings...they attempted to do popcorn texturing (did not listen to us). Took a three week hiatus from our house to work on others - then tried to blame us when they were not going to meet the deadline. We have trim that is not complete, drywall tape coming down (but they say it is normal and because the ceiling wasn't designed to have knock down texturing). We have misc. paint spatters everywhere (cleaning them or covering them as best I can). Their carpenter built a table in our garage to work on (2 by 4s and a 1/2 roof decking - paid for by monies from our house) and left it and they considered it a project they didn't charge us for. The carpenter who lives near us came over one day and mowed our lawn without us asking (we gave him $20 - what we normally pay our lawn people and he used our lawn mower)...then loaded 3 to 4 tubs with water for his family (water had been shut off) and they considered that a project they didn't charge us for but they did not pay us for the approximate 30 gal of water. They did not replace the blinds they were suppose to. They stated they purchased curtain rods and such..they didn't, (with the exception of the patio verticals). I could keep going...but the in the end I would say stay away from them.
