I was pleased with the service. They know what they're doing. They are very professional and very patient. Most of the jobs that they do are really big jobs like mine. Mine happened to be a double bathroom remodel. It took me a long time to pick out things that I wanted in the bathroom because my husband was deployed at the time. I was trying to think for him and myself. They were very patient with me. They wanted to make sure that what I was getting was fairly priced and also higher quality. We spent so much money because we upgraded everything. I would definitely use them again if I had another huge project I was undertaking. They assigned one of their general contractors to me and he was with me during the entire project, which lasted a month.

These guys were perfect. They worked with us on price and we decided on a guaranteed price before the work began. At the end of the job, that's exactly the price we paid.
They were able to work with our schedule, the workmanship was perfect, and there were no surprises. At one point they made one minor mistake. We would never have known it except they told us that it had occurred. And then, they fixed it at no charge.
Oh, one last point- We have a house full of pets, and our cocker-spaniel can be loud and obnoxious... but by the end of the job, he was the contractor's best friend!
We will use them again!!!

"THE LEAK IN QUESTION OCCURRED IN AN UNFINISHED STORAGE SPACE IN THE BASEMENT DIRECTLY BEHIND A BATHROOM WE REMODELED. THE LEAK OCCURRED SIX MONTHS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF OUR WORK. GENERALLY SPEAKING, PLUMBING LEAKS SHOULD NOT OCCUR THAT LONG AFTER A REMODEL. I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER OUR WORK HAD ANY INFLUENCE ON THE LEAK THAT OCCURRED OR WHETHER THE EXISTING COPPER PLUMBING THAT IS OVER 25 YEARS OLD DEVELOPED A LEAK, WHICH IS VERY COMMON. OLDER COPPER PIPES WILL DEVELOP LEAKS DUE TO VIBRATIONS EITHER FROM "WATER KNOCK" IN SOME HOMES OR DUE TO THE PHYSICAL ELEMENTS IN THE SPACE, SUCH AS SOMETHING BEING BANGED INTO THE PLUMBING THAT WAS EXPOSED IN THIS CASE. I HAVE NO WAY TO KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE ACTUAL LEAK. NEVERTHELESS, MY CONCERN IS MAKING SURE THAT THE CUSTOMERS HOME GETS FIXED. FORTUNATELY, THAT IS WHY WE PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A YEAR ON INSURANCE. INSURANCE HAS PAID TO HAVE THE REPAIRS MADE ON THE HOME SO THAT THIS CUSTOMER CAN GET BACK TO LIFE. THIS CUSTOMER IS A GOOD PERSON AND DOESN'T DESERVE TO HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DO QUALITY WORK, MANAGE OUR PROJECTS, CLIENTS AND WARRANTY ALL OF OUR WORK. THIS IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THIS CLIENT HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS, BUT WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY GETS TO DO THEIR PART, THERE IS NOT MUCH ELSE WE CAN DO, BUT CRINGE. AGAIN, INSURANCE IS TAKING CARE OF THE REPAIRS WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN PAID TO DO. OUR COMPANY HAS NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN THE 10 YEARS THAT WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, BUT STILL FEEL SYMPATHY THAT OUR CLIENTS LIFE WAS DISRUPTED TEMPORARILY WHILE THE REPAIRS WERE BEING MADE."

Awesome! The builder totally listed to what we wanted and understood our financial constraints. This was the first home remodel project that we had not done ourselves. They were willing to work with an old unsquare Victorian home and stick build the addition rather than prefab walls on the ground. I have recommended them to anyone who is considering a home remodel in the future. I only wish we'd win the lottery so we could have them build something else for us!
