 + -1 moreI recently moved to California from Wichita to work for The Spaceship Company and when I realized I could not sell my house Tony and his team of professionals took the keys to my house and my worries. This has allowed me to focus on my career and not my house. I foresee a long and lasting working relationship. He started out by making all the necessary arrangements to perform cosmetic repairs to the house in order to command the maximum rent. He then marketed the house and eventually found quality tenants. Description of Work: Prepared property for entry into rental service by painting interior, facilitating minor cosmetic repair work and maintained landscaping, Marketed property through open house showings, provided oversight of property for security, screened and selected quality tenants for a one year lease, and provided a high level of quality customer service.

 + -1 moreI hired them last January. They charge 7% per month. It is a no maintenance kind of relationship. He handles the business and it is error free. It is pain free. I get a itemized list of anything done with a cheque every month.

 + -1 moreTony and staff have been great to us. Someone is always available when I have questions and they've put in tenants that pay their rent! A check arrives in our mailbox every month and I wish we had hired them 10 years ago when I was fighting to get my tenants to pay their rent. Overall, we are very happy with their service.  + -1 moreWe ended up moving a lot of properties that had been mismanaged by other companies over to her team as well and were always happy with the results.
Description of Work: The Management suggested a price I never thought we would get. They had a better sense of the value of my place than I did! Our original list price was accepted in less than 2 months which more than covered his fee as I was going to list it for hundreds less.
