Green Acres Real Estate Services

I moved into my home in October of 2010. I had a contractor that was referred by a friend to fix a clogged toilet. The contractor pulled the toilet and replaced it without my permission and when doing so broke the flange on the toilet causing it to leak. When I discovered this I called Green Acres Real Estate Services (Previously Wichita Plumbing) and asked them to come look at it. He came out the same day, replaced the toilet and flange taking the "new/old" toilet the previous contractor had purchased and set for a reduction in price for trade of a new/better toilet. (and no broken flange!) 9/14/2011 After returning from out of town, I called Green Acres Real Estate Services in a panic after hours when I discovered I had a water leak that had filled my crawl space with water. He was here promptly, turned off the water, set a pump in the crawl space to pump out the water. Finding the leak quickly he replaced simple piping and connection (while crawl space was still yucky!) just so we could still have water. After the repair he called and came back by to assure the leak was fixed. Not the normal contractor! He actually cared that he did a good job, he wanted the job to be permanent and right. I was shocked at the bill, for it was not even half of what I expected. But since I was a repeat client ( I'm assuming) he didn't jack up the price just because it was an Emergency Call. More of a "Good ole Boy" attitude, a rare attitude of contractors anymore. Highly, highly recommend this plumber. He also does some Furnace work I found out!
