They are very professional.

They were very timely and they did an excellent job. There were some spots that I did not even think would come up. I did not look forward to them coming up but they came up. I was thinking that the carpet would be clean and in my mind they were clean but the spots would probably be there. They came up and I was wowed. They gave me some carpet education on top of that, which I appreciated. They were efficient and they were timely. I will be using them again on my rentals. They were here on time and they did not leave a mess. They did the carpets in an excellent way. They were very professional and good. I thought that their price was good. They clean the carpets and they go. However, if somebody educates you on how to take care of it or what is best for what, I always appreciate the education that people give you. It is their line of business and not mine.
