We were told they would send and agent out the second time to make sure everything was running appropriately. We've never heard from them since. We are a private practice doctor's office and ended up being without our computer for seven days (it was promised in two). The manager was cold, distant and unapologetic for what was clearly their fault.

Issues still unresolved.  We bought the new computer on 3/10/16, took in the computer to transfer from on 3/11/2016.  It is now 3/22/2016 and we still are waiting for the agent to call to schedule a time (as promised by the manager) to fix the unresolved issues.

I had an appointment scheduled for December 1st with the Geek Squad. I got a call that day from a number in Florida that they were cancelling the appointment. I called the Wichita number I had to reschedule and was told that it would be sometime next year before they could do anything and did not offer to reschedule my appointment. I did not receive a satisfactory answer from them any of the three times I contacted them. I would not hire them in the future.

They were not knowledgeable. They were not like the kids they show on the TV commercials. The guys that I dealt with were pretty poor. After we settled on a price and I bought the TV and I also bought a Bose sound system. I did my homework, knew about what it cost, knew what I thought I wanted to pay for it, and went at it. I ended up buying a 60 inch projection Sony SXRD TV. We made an agreement on the installation after we settled on the price and they were supposed to do certain things and they didn't do it. I had to call back and complain and get a refund on my installation. They had several different levels of installations and I had the top one. When the guys came out here, they proceeded to talk me out of that. I did because I realized that they were idiots. I didn't want them to do that and end up getting myself into more trouble. I had to go back and get the refund on the actual installation that they did and I also got a warranty with it. I will have to deal with them on the warranty next year and see what happens there. I wasn't happy with them and I don't think they were knowledgeable. I will not buy from them again. I may buy something small like a CD.
