Bill was a very professional and thorough inspector. Electrical, plumbing and sprinkler system issues were caught. Evidence of termites was also found. Thanks to Fidelity Property Inspections the repairs were agreed to taken care of by the seller. This inspection saved us potentially thousands in future repairs. I would highly recommend their services.

The inspection went very excellent. In addition to the building proper, they inspected the ground of the property and the addition like the dog kennel. The report is thoughtful, detailed and quick. The report provides advice on the need to repair or replace when necessary and also if there is a need for termite treatment, because termite inspection is performed along with the base inspection.
