Zack was the attending specialist. He was punctual and worked for over two hours in the middle of the afternoon in a hot secluded spot to repair the issue. Zack speaks TO people and not AT people and is very professional and talented. He was fast, fair, and friendly!

They were definitely the cheapest. They are just all-around good. I chose them over the competition because of their price and professionalism.

We have been using them for years. Depends on what the problem may be, it could be anywhere from 15 to 45 mins. One person comes. They leave the area very clean.

Never had any problems dealing with Fahnestock, only knock would be sometimes they cannot make it out the day service is requested. However, with the level of service I have been provided I can understand why they are usually busy.

They've been around here in Wichita for quite a few years. I feel like they are going on their name and that is fine if they are giving good service but they could take a look at their pricing a little bit more. For what was done, I think their price was elevated.

They did fine work. I've been happy with them. The workers were fine.

It went great! Employee was on time, wore shoe coverings inside, and did the work quickly and professionally. WI'll use them again and would recommend to others.

I think the service went very well. I was impressed with their promptness and professionalism. The technician was very thorough, and explained everything he was doing along the way.

I think their prices are right in line with everyone else in our city. They are a long time business in this area, and everyone I've spoken to on the phone or in person has been as professional as I would expect. Very happy with the service, and I'll be calling them again next year.

The installers showed up promptly. They brought all the appropriated fixtures to complete the install. On the first day I believe they were about 3/4 done with the project. I thought the installation would take about 3 days to complete. The installers were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and they made sure I understood what they were doing and why they were doing it.

When they finished up the first day, they cleaned up leaving only the materials they needed to finish the project the next day. There was little to no inconvenience for me during the install.

Even though it was out of warranty, they fully admitted that the system was flawed from the beginning, yet accepted no practical responsibility for this product in the form of steeply discounted product or labor. I am a business owner and I would never dream of doing that to my customers, even if the product was 10 months out of warranty--that's just bad business, in my opinion.

We called them the day before and they promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day. The appointment was for "early afternoon" between 12 noon and 3:00 pm. They called at 3:30 pm to let us know that they were on their way. They arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, but they didn't have the part with them. They had to leave to go retrieve the part and they had to get there before 5:00 pm as their parts store was closing. They retrieved the new parts and made it back to our house at about 7:00 pm. They reinstalled the part only to discover that the replacement fan had bearing problems as well! One guy removed the replacement part, while the other one called to try to get the parts store to reopen for them so they could complete the job (quite admirable.) They were unsuccessful in their attempt to get a a new part that night, so we had to wait until the next morning to complete the job. The service techs seemed very competent, knowledgeable and helpful, but their parts source's quality was average at best. I don't blame the contractor at all for this issue and I am satisfied that they did their very best. I am now considering their maintenance program.
