I was in process of refinance and Mr. Eric Forsse was assigned to complete appraisal assigned by United States appraisals. I missed his initial phone call but listened to voicemail immediately which stated he would like to complete appraisal on Monday morning, so I made arrangement to meet him at property and then returned his call to confirm the Monday appointment. I told him that I was good for Monday at anytime he was available he began to explain that he would no longer be able to meet Monday and would like to move appointment to Thursday, which I explained I could not adjust to schedule and that Monday was the only day whether it was this one he had suggested in beginning on voicemail or the following Monday, he became very persuasive to get me to comply with meeting him on Thursday instead of Monday and states that if I couldn't make the Thursday appointment then he was going to cancel the appraisal request and I would be forced to request and pay for another appraisal, I continue to explain why unable to comply with schedule and that Monday was going to have to work and did not understand why I would be responsible for payment of another appraisal because of scheduling times. Mr, Forsse then shouted"fine it will be Monday whenever I get there so be ready or I will cancel appraisal" then hung up the phone on me. I did no want any conflict or confrontation with Mr. Forsse at time of appraisal so out conversation was limited but he did mention 2-3 times that I was lucky he showed up and didn't cancel appraisal and cost me to pay for another request. I had t heard from bank in regards to results of appraisal to when I contacted them they stated they where unable to do refinance of property because the value of home was surprising low on appraisal, I began to process the appraisal and look at details within, and came to a conclusion that I believe poor judgment was used when selecting comparable property to measure the value of home, details of the property where on high end of each comparable yet ended low on the value, currently in the process of having appraisal reviewed and requested appropriate comparable property to be considered for revised value of the property. I would not suggest using this agent his integrity is in question as to how and what he says to customers on area, hope you can avoid this appraisal rep and request different one if he is assigned to you to prevent wasted time, effort, and money!!
Description of Work: If assigned to your appraisal the only do I recommend is do not use Mr. Forsse for appraisal.
