Energy Guard Midwest, LLC is a family owned windows, siding and roofing business proudly serving Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas and the surrounding states. We install our exclusive energy efficient, Krypton gas-filled, triple pane vinyl windows; three layer insulated 25 foot siding; and impact-resistant insulated steel and composite roofing. Energy Guard installed our siding on our home approximately four years ago. At the end of this January or the beginning of February we had strong winds that blew siding loose to the point where it almost was coming off. I contacted Energy Guard to come look at it and fix it. They said they'd put us on a list. We waited three weeks and never heard back from them. During that three weeks we called numerous times. We were told that it would be expedited, but we never heard anything. We finally called someone else to take care of it. They told us that the siding was not properly affixed the first time. After we placed this report on Angie's List, Energy Guard came out and made right by us. They came out and did some other work where there were some additional problems with the siding. They also gave us a reimbursement for the complete amount that we paid out to other company who fixed our siding. I'm very pleased with the results and how Energy Guard responded to our review.
