Don's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Really bad! I have had a plumber for 30 years and they retired. So sad! I trusted them to come in and out of my house as needed with a key as I only live in the house part of the year. So this new company was on the street and I asked them to come and check heating for winter last fall. A guy came and checked the system, took pictures of the needed faucet parts and promised to get parts for both faucets and toilettes. I called immediately after and said I was leaving the house for three months and how much did I owe and agreed that they would come in January to finish the work and to settle and on my return, I would call. When I did he hardly remembered me and told me I owed more money on first visit than I was told three months earlier. Upon arrival the second time the guy didn't have toilette and parts and told me to order them myself. He then worked on the gas fireplace and didn't have the slightest clue what he was doing-though it ended being fixed. Then he started working on a leaking facette and it was clear he had the slightest clue how to repair Kohler. Then in front of my husband he physically hugged me, touching my body without my permission. My husband was shocked with this and the guy saying "we are all learning how to do this" Then the guy tried to strong arm me to pay for services then and now, but I had never received a bill for the first time. Then I left the country again for a couple months and then I came home to the bills and a bill collector for fees at least 30% higher than my former plumbers. Amateurs!
