My issue was with the customer service. After install I went to autozone to buy and install new windshield wipers. As I was installing I noticed one wiper arm was mis aligned. Then I noticed my wiper cowl grill was broken. I drove back across town the next day. I met with customer rep B--------. I told him about the cowl and he automatically said “It was broke already and I have a newer sportrac than yours and mine is broke and I did not get a windshield install. Let me go show you”. Well that is not the response I was looking for. So now its my word against his and I am wrong I guess? I also mentioned the wiper arm install was not to factory spec. So he handed off the keys to a tech. customer rep B------- went back to his desk while the tech adjusted the wrong wiper arm. The tech came in and gave me the keys. I told him he adjusted the wrong arm. So I took him out there and had him adjust the correct arm and he still didn’t get It correct. When I got home I adjusted them to factory spec. I would of been fine if someone would of told me that the 17 year old cowl was broke while tearing it off in a hurry or if someone would of said let me discount due to our mistake. But no. I was out right lied to. My suggestion to anyone that has a windshield install on an older vehicle to take the cowl off first. Some cowls are tricky to take off. If you’re inexperienced in a specific model you will break while taking it off in a hurry. If I have these guys do it again I will have them come to my work and do it in the parking lot so I can watch or take it to the Kansas city location. Also, the website does not allow you to put reviews there. The reviews are hand selected.

They are fast. Whenever I call them they said that if I have any problem just let them know and they fixed windshield. I would go to them again.
