They do good work. However, my second job with them (porch rails) there was a lot of confusion, which would have been avoided had I received a written quote. Unfortunately, I was putting my trust in what was verbally discussed with me regarding the job. It is VERY important that you get a WRITTEN quote BEFORE your job with them is started. I ended up paying more than what I was told (verbally). When I tried to contact them via text (5x), email (1x), several phone calls regarding what I believed was an over charge, I received NO response. This is BAD business no matter how you look at it. Very immature and irresponsible. All I wanted was to discuss this (Communication/very important) to resolve the issue. Whether to their favor or mine. They did not give me the respect of being a customer. All I wanted was communication, maybe if they had responded I would not be disputing the overage with my credit card company. Just be aware.

We did a full kitchen remodel They painted the cabinets, installed concrete countertops, built and island & installed new flooring. We love the work they did. Communication was amazing. We have already hired them to do additional work.
