Scheduled an apt 5-6 days in advance for 10:00am. Arrived and was told it would be several hours before they got to it. I then asked why since we had agreed on an apt time - I got a less than cordial response but no real answer. Needless to say I didn't wait however many hours to see if they got to it. Poor and didn't seem to care

It went well. I bought a service agreement for 5 oil changes and inspections. I was able to make it to the east side and back all on my lunch hour. They have a cafe also with pretty good food to eat. I like that the waiting room has womens magazines and not just mens or car.

They asked me to leave my phone since nobody there had an iPhone. I told them that was not okay at all. They told me that it was the phone's fault instead of the car's. When I went to pick up the car, it was raining, and the lady told me vaguely where it was parked and handed me the keys. I walked around outside in the rain for a while trying to find it. Eventually I came back in and asked where it was because I couldn't find it. The lady apologized and realized that the car was parked in the garage the whole time. I've read that this is a common problem with them. The lot is too huge to just tell people that their car is outside. Luckily I didn't have to pay because the car was under warrantee.

I took my 1995 Ram truck in for check-up. I was impressed by the thoroughness of this dealership's work. They got me in for service quickly and and also performed the necessary work quickly. The entire process only took abut 1.5 hours. I am very happy with all of the work performed at this dealership.

They're always very nice. We don't have to wait very long. They have a nice waiting room. They're snack bar doesn't stay open long. They usually send coupons.
