They moved us from Texas to Wichita and moved the furniture but I packed my own boxes and unpacked myself. Their drivers are great and I never had anything broken and they even came to pick up all my empty boxes. They have a great way of keeping inventory and never lost anything. They also offer a reusing service; if you use reused boxes from them, they are free.
I had one problem with price negotiations because we agreed on one price, then was quoted a lesser price if I packed my own boxes. I decided to pack my own boxes to save money but they did not give me the credit. We have used them a few other times and had a great experience so I will continue to use them.
