+ -1 moreWe always prepaid for the complete lawn and tree deluxe package. Last year for the first time I kept track of all the service receipts. At the end of the year I was short some of the prepaid services. I called and they acknowledged missing one ( I wonder how come no receipts were left on the other 3 in question). There was also damage to an irrigation valve box. I faxed the receipt to them. I have called and mailed a letter requesting repayment for the missed service and damage. Still waiting 4 weeks later. | |To further pour salt in the wound I received a proposal for 2014 service at an 11% price increase with no mention of the missed services. (This happened prior to me contacting them.) | |Average price increase over the last 7 years has been 8% per year.
Description of Work: We have been a long time (10+ years) customer of Custom Lawn.
