We have used them before. Their service is good. They do a good job and they are professional. The job is done in a timely fashion.

Had some istallation issues to start with, but was impressed with Larry's resolve to fix them and make it right. He always showed up even on Friday evenings to trouble shoot. All problems were solved and we like our new system.

I would NEVER recommend this individual again. I have had no problems with my Carrier A/C unit UNTIL AFTER Custom Heating and Air serviced it for a regular routine checkup. The tech stated it was in great working shape and no additional problems should occur. ONE WEEK LATER, at 89 degree temp, I turned it on (1st time since the service) and it did not work! I was so upset I asked for someone to come out. Larry, the owner, came out and said it was NOW a bad compressor and Capacitor and quoted $1400.00! He left and said he would call back on Monday. We had NO AC during this time. We decided to get other bids. 2 OTHER CERTIFIED MAINTENACE MAN CAME OUT AND FOUND THAT ONLY THE WIRES WERE DISCONNECTED. The AC unit was fixed that day! Larry Mis-diagnosed the problem and is now asking to pay for services that he didnt preform. When i asked if Customer Service was more important, HE MENTIONED HE WAS IN BUSINESS TO MAKE A PROFIT. And he would get our money. I agreed to pay for the parts he installed but his mis-diagnosis we should NOT be charged for. He is an unethical business man and uses unethical business practices. He is still, to date, charging me for parts and his service (or profit he so calls it).
