I was signed up on their lawn maintainance and sprinkler seasonal service plan. But I moving to a different company due to a recent service. The man they sent out was surly and very unprofessional, to the point when I asked him questions about the service, he turned confrontational. Don’t need that, will look for a company that values professionalism and good service.

Good, I received a call after the application with suggestions.

Somehow this review got posted to Countryside when I was trying to rate another provider. I never contacted this service so I
m not sure if I would recommend or not. Put an and quot;Aand quot; just so my negative review would not be posted, but as stated need to review this service further if you are going to use.

There are several of us that have banned them from mowing our yards. They use the large mowers in our small patio yards, they make ruts in the lawn, they will do fast spins with the mower and scalp the grass. They have mowed off rose bushes and have had to replace them. They have mowed to close to our house and damaged our down spouts on the house. They put down Preen (or equal to )weed control so heavy in my courtyard that they killed my flowers. Bottom line, I would not recommend them.

The experience is always great. They call in advance and apply several applications throughout the year. Also they take care of the sprinkler system--start up and shut down. Great company to work with.

I like the company, I have been using them for several years. They do the job and let me know when they are coming out. They let me pay an annual bill or not, depending on my choice. They do a good job.

I have been very happy with the results. They do a good job communicating what they have done and are willing to answer questions and provide advice. Their service has improved the looks of my lawn tremendously. I will continue to use them in the future to keep my lawn healthy.

They are honest and don't come out without knowing that you want them to come; which we have had problems with in the past. They do a good job about informing you about what treatment has been done and what follow-up you should do with it. I have never had a problem and will use them again in the future.

The guy they sent rammed our decorative rocks with his lawn mower. They damaged those decorative rocks.

We were having a hard time finding anyone to winterize our sprinkler system. We called them, and they came out without having much notice.

They have had a little bit of an issue showing up when they say they are going to but they had some trouble scheduling some people. Outside of that I haven't had any problem with them. I will continue to use them.
