Very well. Serviceman checked and cleaned the entire unit.

This job took almost a whole working day. Men arrived about 8 am (when they said they would be there) and began work immediately to remove the furnace that no longer worked and the air conditioner that we agreed needed updating. They used the back sliding door to come and go so they didn't have to go through the main part of the house. They installed new equipment and cleaned up where they had worked. The men worked in a professional way.

I am very happy with my new furnace and A/C. My utility bills have decreased considerably.

My previous furnace and A/C had been installed by Air Pro many years ago and. I had a service plan that provided for yearly cleanup and check twice a year. Cook's bought Air Pro and my service ran seamlessly after Cook's started. The monthly charge is taken out of my bank account. It was at a furnace check that the furnace wouldn't work. I was given an estimate for repair and info about new equipment and we agreed on a date for installation. Cook's continues to service my heating and air conditioner, and I have always been satisfied with their work.

The furnace is now working well.

I have several rentals and a personal residence. I use Cook's exclusively for all my HVAC needs. They are fair and honest. They fix it right the first time.

They did an unbelievable job. They took care of my problem just like they said they would. Really nice work - incredibly professional and I'm very pleased.

We had three different companies come out to quote the replacement of our entire HVAC system (A/C and furnace).  Their bid was lower, but not extremely so.  They were the only company to think of and apply for a variance with the city regarding the location of our condenser.  Because of updated building codes, we thought we were going to be required to move it.  Not easy at a house built in 1930.

They were very thorough in tracing our upstairs returns.  At some point, a previous owner allowed them to be blocked off for the upper floor.  Gary at Cook's came up with a solution for that too.  They were able to install a return that runs from the basement, through the main floor, the second floor and ducts into the attic.  All this for only and additional $450~.  The work was done neatly and I am looking forward to seeing if we see significant improvement this summer in temperature control on the upper floor.

The installers were polite and arrived on time.  Work was done in two days as promised.  I am glad we won't have to do this project again in many years, and I am thrilled with how the work was done.

Very friendly phone staff, sales rep, and the men who did the install. Despite installing our new AC in well over 100 degrees, they were professional and pleasant. 5 year warranty on the AC, too.

The technician at the end of the visit charged me for something extra they did. Why didn't they ask me if I wanted the extra or not? I was in the house at the time. I called multiple times and left messages and no one bothered to call me back. No response from managers or anyone else. There were multiple other issues with this visit, but it is enough to say do not consider this company. Terrible customer service and not honest.
