I had sprinkler system installed and downspouts hooked to underground drains. They sent a crew and work started but they did not hook the downspouts to underground drains, left huge piles of dirt clods grass etc that was dug out while tenching, edging pavers were strewn about, and they did not install the hoses on the flower beds for drip irrigation. Could not get anyone to retun my phone calls. Holes were left and I couldn't walk in my yard.
I sent pictures to their President. Finally, they did come back and look at the mess, apologized and had a crew raked up all the debris, reseed the bare areas, and hook up the downspouts but they did not finish the job. Still have not returned my calls.
I will contact different landscaping company to install drip lines in flower beds.

There were some extra costs that they put in at the end that we fussed with them about, it was about 260 dollars extra. Some of their plants died and it took them awhile to come back and fix them. The plants probably died because of the terrible weather we had. They did come out and complete the job though. We had some lighting issues that are still not fixed yet. Their price was the best though.

The company came out within a few days of my telephone call and gave me an estimate. They did the work in about 2 weeks when they were in the neighborhood doing other similar jobs. They did only the work we agreed upon (would also have done fertilization if requested). They did a core aeration of 9,000 sq ft of fescue lawn. They did a very good job, making numerous passes with the machines.

I called the company to see if someone could come out and take care of our lawn within the next three days and explained that it would be a one-time job. They said someone would call me back. Nobody called back, but a man stopped by to give me an estimate. He said they could probably make it out the next day to take care of our lawn, but someone would call me that afternoon. Again, nobody called. I called them the next day and the woman I spoke with said someone would call me back. Nobody called and nobody showed up to take care of the lawn. I called a final time the following day and left a message. I said if I didn't receive a call I would find another way to take care of my lawn. Nobody called. I called another service which couldn't make it out that week, so I bought a lawn mower and mowed the lawn myself. One week later I came home from the store and a neighbor said a service had been on our property mowing our lawn. A week after that I came home to find Complete Landscaping Solutions mowing my lawn. They had signed us up for weekly service. I called to cancel the service and inform the company I would not pay for past service. They did not bill me.

"It is Complete Landscaping policy to go see a job and to not give any quotes over the telephone. That is why the member was not called back. Apparently there was a misunderstanding on the frequency of the mowing because she did not specify that she only wanted her lawn mowed only once. Once the member called and canceled we think we provided good customer service by not charging her. She got two free mowings! Regardless, we appreciated the member's business."
