I am a 76 year old homebound veteran and they were selected to provide help 5 hours, three days a week. The first woman sent came for almost ten months then was replaced with a local ~2 week-old hire. She went through everything in my house, out of my view. From my medicine chest she stole valuables worth over three thosand dollars. This consisted two 1 troy ounce gold coins which were in a minature Halliburton case. Also lost were other items such as several rolls of quarters for where we use them for laundering. Also Celestron binoculars, the Halliburton case and other small insignificant items. Word is, she and her tribe of children have fled out-of-town. Now all along the VA contractor in St, Louis, MO kept me dangling until I retrieved receipts. Now I am told the manager there, a ***** named Pam will not send it off to the insurer. I'm not stupid though and will go as far as having the VA Inspector General investigate and I will report this to the state insurance department and learn of the state office who oversees these agents and seek their revocation. I am not lost to even uglier use of the internet to sequester them.
